Directions by Car

Waterlooville / Purbrook or Widley

Head down the main London Road, go through the traffic lights that if you turned right would take you up to QA Hospital – Go straight through those lights and we are the second property on the left BEFORE you get to the first roundabout in Cosham.

Hilsea / Northend / Southsea

Head to Cosham go over the first roundabout with the Police station on your right hand side, go straight over the second roundabout and we are the second property on the right straight after the roundabout. Opposite the steps that come down from QA Hospital

Portchester / North Harbour or Off M27 Junction 12
Head straight to the first roundabout in Cosham, turn left and we are 2 property on right hand side straight after the roundabout

Directions By Train

By Bus

Travelling to Active Health by bus is very easy as there is a bus stop just in front of the clinic and one on the opposite side of the road. The bus stops are near the steps that come down from QA Hospital.
